March 2008: Proctor’s Transport provided water hauling and onsite distribution for construction of the Willow Creek Wind Farm in Gilliam & Morrow Counties, OR.  The project includes 48 turbines totaling 48 MW owned by Invenergy LLC with D.H. Blattner as the prime contractor. Drivers hauled and distributed water on site roads for road construction and dust control and provided water for concrete production. 

2007: Proctor’s Transport contracted with W.I. Inc. of Arlington to provide gravel hauling on the Klondike III Wind Farm in Sherman County, Oregon. Owned by PPM Energy, the project consisted of 124 turbines totaling 221 MW. The prime contractor was D.H. Blattner.

April 2008: PTI contracted to provide water hauling and onsite distribution to D.H. Blattner on the Pebble Springs Wind Farm in Gilliam County, Oregon. Drivers hauled and distributed water on site roads for road construction and dust control and provided water for concrete production. The project, owned by Horizon Wind Energy, included 103 turbines totaling 103 MW.

Spring 2008: PTI contracted with Crestline Construction Company to haul water, soil and aggregates for construction of the Rattlesnake Road Wind Farm near Arlington, in Gilliam County, Oregon. Rattlesnake Road Wind Farm, owned by Horizon Wind Energy has 47 turbines totaling 104MW.

PTI hauled water on the Goodnoe Hills Wind Farm, a wind power generating facility owned by enXco and Windtricity.  The wind farm, located outside of Goldendale, Washington in Klickitat County was constructed in 2007 by M. A. Mortenson Company.  The project included  47 turbines with a 94 MW output.

Proctor’s Transport hauled gravel for W.I. Inc. on the Klondike II Wind Farm, a wind power generating facility owned by PPM Energy.  The wind farm, located in Sherman County, Oregon was constructed in 2005 and had 50 turbines with a 75 MW output.

Proctor’s Transport hauled gravel for W.I. Inc. on the Leaning Juniper Wind Farm, a wind power generating facility owned by PPM Energy.  The wind farm, located immediately south of Arlington, was constructed in 2006 and had 67 turbines with a 101 MW output.

Proctor’s Transport was successful in bidding the haul of water for D.H. Blattner on the Biglow Canyon Wind Farm Phase I in Sherman County, Oregon in 2007.  The project, owned by PGE and Orion Sherman County Wind Farm LLC consisted of 76 turbines totaling 126 MW output.

2005-2009 PTI hauled finished, food grade product from the Arlington blending facility to their Portland area warehouse for distribution throughout the US.  IBR receives a variety of bulk products which are then combined in the mix plant to produce unique, blended flour mixes which are packaged and distributed throughout the country.

Spring 2009: PTI contracted with White Construction Company to haul water and soil for construction of the Wheat Field Wind Farm near Arlington, in Gilliam County, Oregon. Wheat Field Wind Farm, owned by Horizon Wind Energy has 46 turbines totaling 97MW.

Summer 2009: Hauled rock for Thompson Bros. Excavating on construction of access roads for the construction and improvement of existing and new overhead access lines.

Fall 2009: Belly dumps and drivers for WI, Inc. for the Thompson Bros. Excavating project.

Shutler Wind Distribution Center

2009-Present:  PTI provides support services to Morgan Industrial at their Shutler Wind Distribution Center, south of Arlington, OR.  PTI assisted in project startup and construction of Morgan’s new transloading and storage park for wind components slated for wind farm construction projects in Gilliam County and surrounding areas. Located at the Shutler Station Industrial Park in Gilliam County, Oregon.

Fall 2009-Present:  Provided water distribution trucks for Gilliam County Road Department for development of industrial park land at the Shutler Station Industrial Park south of Arlington, Oregon.

March 2010: Proctor’s Transport  is contracted to Blattner Energy to provide water distribution trucks and water tankers for construction of roads and wind tower foundations for Iberdrola Renewable’s Leaning Juniper IIA Wind Farm project near Arlington, Oregon.
